21 Day Fix Extreme
21 Day Fix Extreme, for me, is like your significant other who cheated on you but you cannot help but continue loving them.
What is it?

Why is it so effective?
The workouts feature 30 minute aerobics, resistance training, and explosive power moves that target every muscle in the body—that means you are going to be sore (and I mean that as a good thing. Sore muscles = more calories being burned). On the nutrition side, you will be following the same coloured coded container system as 21 day fix except this time it's 100% clean eating (no treats at all which I will tell you SUCK for the first few days but your body does adjust well).
What makes 21 day fix extreme unique?
Honestly, it's the 21 day fix that is really the unique program. The 21 day fix extreme just takes it to the next level which is great for anyone who has reached a plateau (yes, it happens to the best of us!).
How does it work?
Similar idea as the 21 day fix but amplified. The doesn't mean that you have to be in incredible shape to do this program. It just means that you will be pushing yourself to your maximum level with this program and as a result you should hopefully see better results. My muscle definition was INSANE for just 21 days of work.

This was the program I decided to order when I decided to take become a Beachbody coach. I didn't know a darn thing about my coach. I had found her on social media and I was drawn to her instantly. I finally got the courage to message her and ask if I could be part of her team. She said 'yes' and I never looked back.
21 days of dedication to the workouts and nutritional program (well almost 100%). It blows my mind how my body can change in such a short period of time. The workouts are tough but they are meant to be tough. I had to do modifications for some workouts that didn't even have a modification but I knew it was better than doing nothing! BTW I never thought these pictures would ever see the light of day. I only took them because I was told to do so. As you can tell, I wasn't overly thrilled that I had to take these pictures! :)
