The combination of Beachbody’s 21 day fix and having Stephanie as a coach has really helped me move to a healthier and happier lifestyle. I am always wary of fads and diets when it comes to changing the way you eat because they are always short term and in many cases not healthy on your body, it’s a temporary fix that you can’t sustain. I had gained 45 pounds in just a few short years not taking care of myself and started hating my body and how I looked, having to buy new clothes just to keep up with the change. So when I had the chance to jump on board with Stephanie’s Beachbody journey I did, and what a great decision it was. I have only been on the program for a couple months but have lost over 20 pounds and feel better than ever. The 21 day fix is not a diet, it’s not a fad… it’s a lifestyle change and it works!

I have known Stephanie for about 3 years now. In that time we have grown very close and I’ve had the pleasure of sharing some wonderful memories with her. I can say that she has a huge heart and a very positive outlook on health. She has overcome many struggles of her own and proven that with her strength and determination she can reach her goals. She has been an inspiration to me and many others in her life. Stephanie wants what is best for everyone she meets and she will go above and beyond to help you. She is a very encouraging and dedicated person and if she doesn’t have the answer she will find it for you! I’m very thankful to have her in my life and I know I can always count on her to help me and be there for me whenever I need her. I’ve been struggling to become healthier and lose weight and she has always been right there encouraging me and willing to help me, and always makes me feel more positive after. Stephanie definitely makes a wonderful coach, counselor, trainer and most importantly friend. I’m so proud of the woman she is and has become from her struggles and I can’t wait to see all the great things she will do and become in the future.

I was in an accountability group headed by Stephanie. She is very dedicated to health and fitness and genuinely wants to help others achieve their goals. She was always encouraging...even on the not so good days she would always find something positive for you to reach for. She will help you stay on track and remind you of your goals and help you continue on when you feel like giving up. She would check in with you to make sure you were doing your workout and following your meal plan. Her motto "Never have 2 bad days in a row!" So, if you want to change your lifestyle, lose weight and become a healthier you but need a little extra push, a bit of encouragement and someone to be accountable to, Stephanie's your girl...she'll help you achieve what you didn't think was possible. Plus, the 21 day fix workouts from Beachbody are the greatest...well explained and shows easy modifications for the harder exercises so anyone can do them....no matter how out of shape you think you are, you CAN do them.

It has been just shy of 2 months of healthier eating and exercising. I am so happy to share with everyone that in these 2 months I have lost 22 pounds. I had hit a slump over the weekend and was feeling down and negative thoughts began creeping back. Today though, has shown me light. I am not focusing on how far I have to go but rather how far I have come. This is amazing!!! I am so beyond motivated to keep going and push harder. I can't wait to see what the next 2 months bring. Thank you ladies for being here everyday and sharing! You seriously give me strength and willpower to keep pushing.

I have to share this with you girls cause you are one of the reason for this! I'm soooo excited (and I just can't hide it) ;) while pregnant I went up to 213 lbs (i know right I was about to roll!) And I haven't seen under 190 since before baby. And this is now. :)

OMG GUYS. Not sure when or if we're supposed to post our progress after each round but I'm ecstatic to report that after my first round of 21 day fix, I am down 10lbs and 7inches overall! This shit really works!

...I did my check in and I'm really glad you posted that article about ditching your scale. I'm only down 1.4lbs but down 9.4 inches since the last round (16 overall). SCREW YOU, SCALE!

So the past few weeks I have been unable to workout but thanx to this group and our amazing coach, I never fell off the 21 day fix eating plan. I have a couple bad days but before this group I would have dived back into old habits and gained the weight back before starting the whole program over again. Before this group I had the 21 day fix for a month or 2 and that is what happened; lost 5 pounds and gained it back 😠 Not this time!! Even unable to workout I still lost weight!! The scale has finally hit below 145 (which i haven't seen in almost 2 years and that's almost 15 lbs down from where i started lol). So Sunday night I will be attempting my dress (was too bust to try it last week). Thank you everyone in this group for the push, motivation and knowing there are others struggling with me. ♡

...I'm really on a good way of actually changing my way of living instead of doing another diet turning into an even bigger me after loosing a lot of weight in short time in the end...yeah to feeling better and only loosing 6.6 lbs in 6 weeks and yipee to actually loosing weight at all by not starving and a life with no prohibition!

On a side note I'm down around 15 lbs. I have also made the decision to stop weighing myself so frequently and put my scale out of sight.I find myself fixating on the number and getting frustrated when I don't see it move for a bit. I have to remind myself it is not all about the number and about a healthier lifestyle ! I will definitely still weigh myself don't get me wrong but I am going to try to do it on a less frequent basis and just focus on my health and workouts!

...So i haven't told my story to any one here yet so here it is. I've kinda let myself go here for a few years since moving. I was a healthy 119 pounds when i arrived and 5 years later i'm pushing 150....K no big deal but when I realized how it was affecting my everyday routine it kinda scared me. Like most of you seeing Steph's Complete transformation from who she was before to who she is now was more than enough too inspire me! I msg'd her like a month ago now and committed to eating healthy and starting to exercise on regular basis. For me yes a few things were easy but others were very hard and a completely mindset had too be PUSHED into place! Seems i have more energy right now and am a lot stronger in many aspects ( Physical/ mentally). My everyday push to keep it up is because of Steph, and i guess this is my competitive nature coming outta me to keep it up and do better and better! I see now that it does get easier once you get over that mountain. So my update to date is I'm now down to 141 pounds and have incredible upper strength for being such a small person...So i would like too THANK you Steph for helping me out and just sticking with me during all of this, you are a great coach and i would l love to keep going with this. :)

Just finished my workout and I might add that this is the first time I was able to push through the whole workout without stopping I followed it till the end :) ...

My rating is way down and my fluids and exercise are definitely not what I need them to be. Recovering from surgery is exhausting lol. I am practically living off shakeology for nutrition. Awesome stuff!

I lost another 5 pounds since last time so that means i lost a total of 15 pounds since i started :) yay

Just a couple of pictures that makes me kinda wanna dance .. Haha The before journey me (in december) and now. Plus i did not think i had a difference before the first and the last of the month, but my shoulders are getting more sculped. Anyways just wanted to sharre with you girls, i'm really happy about it :)

I am sooooo excited (ecstatic really) just went from a size 18" elastic waist to a size 16" with zipper and button. Feeling so proud, I could not wait to share with you :D :D They are a little snug but I can still zip them up and fasten the button. Thank youuuuuuu so much Stephanie for introducing me to this healthy path. Im telling you I was sooo excited in that dressing room. I was trying so hard to contain myself, I was like squirming around in the dressing room like I needed to pee, but I didn't need to pee. Its really really difficult to squeal with excitement in silence.....I couldn't do it......I squealed.....loud..... LOL. I paid for my purchase, and I am sure as I hop scotched my way down the mall grinning from ear to ear I freaked some folks out, but I didn't care, I just was so anxious to come home and message you. What an awesome feeling, Some family members have said that it looked like I had shed some pounds,but it is hard to see it on yourself. Dropping a size along with an amazing, caring coach really motivates me. I will never be able to thank you enough for devoting yourself to me Stephanie, you are sincerely a remarkable kind and loving soul. Big hugs :)

Just got this dress altered cause it was too big. Excited to wear it in 2 weeks to celebrate my brother's 10th wedding anniversary. :)
