Getting Back on Track
Life happens and that means sometimes we induldge a little too much with our favourite food or drinks or both. It's a viscious cycle and it can be very hard to get back on track. If I start spiraling out of control I jump back on track with the 3 Day Fresh. It helps me re-focus and cut my salt/sugar cycle.
Below is an example of what I eat for the 3 Day Refresh. Surprisingly, I love the 3 Day Refresh. The first time I tried it only because the rest of my team was doing it. I thought I would be super hungry and I also thought I wouldn't like the taste of the fiber sweep or vanilla refresh shake. I ended up liking both the fiber sweep and vanilla refresh shake and was only a bit hungry on my first day. I don't take before and after photos and I also don't weigh myself or take measurements. For me, this package is about re-focusing and breaking the salt/sugar cycle. For me, it's not about losing weight in just 3 days although it's almost impossible not to drop some weight/inches (an added bonus)!

Where's the protein?
You may notice the lack of meat and dairy in the 3-Day Refresh. Fruits and veggies tend to be rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, and the restorative effects of plant-based diets are welldocumented—so here’s your chance to take advantage of that! In fact, we recommend you eliminate animal products entirely from your diet during the 3-Day Refresh by drinking Chocolate Vegan or Tropical Strawberry Vegan Shakeology. Don’t worry about getting enough protein. Both Shakeology and your Vanilla Fresh shakes are packed with all the amino acids you need. Many veggies are also good sources of protein, especially greens and beans.
How does the 3 Day Refresh Work?
Wake up
240 - 360 mL water
Breakfast (within 1 hour of waking up)
Shakeology blended with 300 mL of water
+ 1 serving fruit
Optional: morning tea
Mid-morning
Fiber sweep mixed with 140 mL water
Lunch (at least 1 hour after Fiber sweep)
Vanilla Fresh shake blended with 300 mL water
+ 1 serving fruit
+ 1 serving vegetable
+ 1 serving healthy fat
Afternoon snack (at least 1 hour after lunch)
+ 1 serving vegetable
+ 1 serving healthy fat
Options: afternoon tea
Supper (at least 1 hour after afternoon snack)
Vanilla Fresh shake blended with 300 mL water
+ 1 serving coconut steamed veggies
Optional: evening tea
