What ‘cha got cooking?

In true addict fashion, the first step is admitting my addiction. My name is Stephanie and I am addicted  to trying new recipes. I love food but more importantly I love food that tastes good. Thankfully, I am not a picky eater but that doesn't mean that I love everything I eat. Many times I would catch myself eating things that I didn't actually enjoy or care for but for some reason I would be eating it anyway (that's what happens when you are recovering from being an emotional eater). People will ofen think that I am on a diet but I simply tell them that the foods I choose to eat are part of my lifestyle. I don't eat foods that I don't enjoy or that I dread eating - why would I do that to myself?
 
My taste buds have definitely changed over the years but I've also awakened my palate by trying various foods. I am in LOVE with Pinterest (how did I ever live without Pinterest? I have TONS of Pinterest boards dedicated to recipes that I want to try - feel free to pin them to your Pinterest board). When I do get around to trying new recipes, sometimes they will get stored into my favourites while other times they will end up in the garbage BUT for every 1 meal that I have to throw out there are 20 awesome meals that have went into my regular food rotation. It's worth the effort and time to find recipes that will stay with me for a lifetime.
