How Can I Help You?

Life is tough but so are you. Our every day lives are filled with information about weight loss - advertisments, social media, stores, etc.. How do we know what to believe and what not to believe? Where do we start in the pile of information that is available? It's overwhelming. Trying (key word: TRYING) to go to the gym can be intimidating especially if we are a super shy person filled with social anxiety (I’ve been there myself). How does the equipment work? Of course, we don't want to look foolish trying to get a treadmill to start so forget about trying to learn how to lift weights. On top of all that, a lot of people are waiting around for equipment so we feel rushed which can lead to a stressful gym experience. Why would we want to go through that experience again? Have you ever woke up with intentions to workout and eat well only to go to bed with regret? Is the reflection in the mirror something you avoid because you don't like what you see physically but you also don't like what you see internally?

Imagine if there were a simple process to get started. Imagine if there was a system in place that led you from being in a slump to moving forward again. Imagine if there was a simple way to know how many carbs, proteins, fruits, veggies, fats and nuts/seeds you should be eating every day. Imagine if you could get results without having to go the gym. Imagine if you could have effective easy to follow 30 minute workout programs from the comfort of your own home. An Accountability Group is an exclusive Facebook group filled with motivation, inspiration, love, knowledge and all the support needed to reach the health & fitness goals you only dreamed about. A maximum of 5 new clients each month will be accepted into the group in order for me to ensure all clients obtain the best service. As a Beachbody mentor, I have signed up to help keep everyday people accountable on their fitness journey because it's my passion and what I love to do. Health & fitness have become a huge part of my life over the last 5 years and I am confident enough in myself and my routine that I know I am able to help others succeed. I keep clients accountable everyday by contacting them through Facebook, email, text, telephone, or a combination (clients inform me of their preferred method of contact). Each day, I touch base with the client to motivate and ensure they have not derailed off their path for success but if they have I also help get them back on track! 

Every month, I will be hosting a themed 
Accountability Group that will run for 28 days (with the option to continue on after the 28 days) OR as long as the program lasts. The groups will begin on the 3rd Monday of every month and on special occasions 2 groups may be run each month. These Accountability Groups are groups that give people the motivation to kick those bad habits aside and start making good habits. During the few weeks leading up to the Accountability Groups I will post information about the Accountability Group on social media AND personally invite you to join the group.

So, who do I invite to these groups? EVERYONE. I do not choose to personally invite only specific people. I am not choosing you because I think you need to lose weight or live a healthier life. I am simply going through my contact list and inviting everyone because the invite might be the opportunity that you've been wishing for. I wish someone would have introduced me to Beachbody programs years ago. It would have connected me to a group of people that could have helped me out in my every day struggles and I am sure I would be much further ahead on my journey because of it. I love these programs so much that I want all of you to experience them as well.

So, when you receive a message from me you have a choice to make. You can ignore it or you can ask for more information. There are not many people that I know who are completely satisfied with their health & fitness so maybe Beachbody programs are the answer you have been waiting for all these years. People of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels are doing Beachbody programs. I know I started using Beachbody programs in July 2015 and up to that date I was already living a healthy lifestyle (eating clean and going to the YMCA). Before I joined an accountability group, no one was keeping me acountable though so I was "stuck" and wasn't seeing the results I wanted to see. These programs are designed to target people at various fitness levels so don’t think that you cannot do them.
