Secret Weapon to Working Out

As much as I would love to tell you all about the Performance line I admittidly have only tried and use 2 of the 5 products. I do plan on trying the remaining 3 products but for now I can only honestly tell you about 2 of them. These products were formulated by Harvard scientists and are NSF sport certified. RECOVER
The second product that I use is called Recover. This product is a protein based product that is meant to be used soon after your workout. Before Beachbody I used quite a few different types of proteins. I realized the benefits they had and got informed from some of the best personal trainers I knew. They informed me what I should be looking for in protein drinks and of course they gave me their recommendations. It was a 'no brainer' for me to try the Recover formulation since I was already a protein shake junkie. This protein is by far the best that I have ever had. I know because I put it to the test myself and my muscles screamed at me when I wasn't taking the Recover after my workouts. Of course, it doesn't take away all of the soreness after a workout but it does a pretty damn good job! 
ENERGIZE
The first product that I use is called Energize. This product is meant to be used before your workout to give you the extra boost you need (especially for those early morning workouts. It can be tough to roll out of my warm comfy bed but I do prefer a morning workout to an evening workout session). I actually use Energize for another reason though. I have been known to fall asleep when I drive long distances (scary, I know!) so I tried it one morning as an 'energy drink' because that's what my boyfriend uses instead of energy drinks. The ingredients in the energy drinks are not always at the top of my 'things to consume' list so I was pretty happy that he was able to find a healthier substitute. I remember taking it with me in the car and seriously thinking that it wouldn't work for me but by the time I got to my destination (2.5 hrs away) I was in tears that it did work! I didn't even feel like falling asleep at the wheel. I tested it out a few more times (just to be sure) and each time I didn't have the desire to fall asleep at the wheel. I have been using it ever since when I need to drive long distances (which is once a week with my current work schedule) and have never had the problem of wanting to fall asleep at the wheel. Potentially, a life saver! 

RECOVER Post-Workout Formula

Important notes about ENERGIZE:
