The Master's Hammer & Chisel
Hammer & Chisel, for me, is like your significant other who is super strict because they want the best for you.
What is it?
The Master’s Hammer and Chisel is an innovative resistance training system that incorporates three muscle-sculpting phases—Stabilization, Strength, and Power—or SSP Training. The program also comes with a complete nutritional guide from 21 day fix. Click here to see my personal grocery list and meal plan for this program.
Why is it so effective?
The Master’s Hammer and Chisel is built on the three phases of SSP Training— Stabilization, Strength, and Power. Other workouts only focus on one or two phases. These workouts are 30 - 40 minutes long. In the begining I thought "uh oh, will I be able to make it through this program" (thank goodness for modifications) but I did and I am proud to say that I improved so much in just 60 days. The nutrition plan is the same as 21 day fix/fix extreme.
What makes The Master's Hammer & Chisel unique?
Two trainers - Sagi Kalev and Autumn Calabrese. I loved having two personal trainers styles come together for this incredible program (I LOVED IT).
How does it work?
The program comes with 12 30 - 40 minutes workouts that are cycled for the 60 days. I highly recommend that you track your progress so you can see the strength you are building during the 60 days. The scale is a big fat liar sometimes - I gained 7 lbs on this program but lost many inches as my pictures indicate. I'm glad I didn't get discouraged by the scale. As mentioned above, the nutrition program is the same as 21 day fix/fix extreme.
Meet the trainer!
Autumn Calabrese who is the same trainer for 21 day fix and 21 day fix extreme. My first introduction to Sagi Kalev was through this program and I instantly fell in love with him (Jeff also really liked him. It was enough for us to purchase Body Beast!). Sagi has an incredible background story in 6 parts (trust me it's worth the watch).
Sagi's INCREDIBLE story:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
Part 6
Equipment required.
A few dumbbells, a bench or stability ball, and a chin-up bar or resistance band with a door attachment kit (not included in the program).

Real transformation requires real honesty. If you want to move forward - get real with yourself.
April - June 2016
60 days of working out and (mostly) staying on track with my nutrition. I will admit I fell off track a few times (and sometimes it lasted a couple of days). It really makes me wonder what could have been if I would have committed to the nutrition plan 100%. The workouts were tough but manageable and as the weeks went on I noticed my progress getting better and better (and that's why it's important to track it).
