Lemon Truffles


Ingredients: 1 box of lemon cake mix 14 tablespoons butter, melted 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Directions: In a large bowl, mix together (with your hands) cake mix, butter, and lemon juice until dough starts to form. Roll dough into 2 inch balls and coat with sugar. Refrigerate to set. Enjoy!
