Lemon Meringue Overnight Oats


Ingredients:

1/2 cup quick oats

2/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 Danone Oikos lemon meringue Greek yogurt cup

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

70 g raspberries (optional)

2 Tbsp So Delicious coconut whip cream (optional)


Directions:

Place first 6 ingredients into a 500 mL mason jar. Shake well and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, remove mixture from the mason jar and place it in bowl. Top with raspberries and whip cream or any of your other favourite toppings. Enjoy!
