Chocolate Crunch Bars
Ingredients:
3 cups Chex cereal 1.5 cups Chocolate chips, semi-sweet 1 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil
Directions: Line 8 x 8 dish with parchment paper. Add cereal in a large bowl and set aside. In a microwave safe dish, add remaining ingredients and heat until melted and smooth. Add melted mixture to cereal and incorporate until cereal is covered in mixture. Pour into lined dish and refrigerate until firm (minimum 1 hour). Once firm, cut bars and store in fridge. Enjoy!
