(Healthier) Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

Topping:

3/4 cup oats

1/4 cup spelt flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted


Filling:

6 cups apples, diced

2 Tbsp corn starch

1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease (I used Pam) 8" square pan. Mix all topping in a bowl until it forms a crumble. Set aside. Mix filling ingredients in a separate bowl. Add filling to pan and press down. Crumble topping on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Enjoy!
