Brownie Batter Pancakes

Ingredients: 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder pinch uncut stevia OR 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp sugar (optional) 1/16 tsp salt 1 tsp avocado oil 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 - 3/4 cup water (add more if needed) Directions: Mix dry ingredients very well, then add wet ingredients. Make pancakes! Enjoy!
