Easy Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
Ingredients: 1 scoop Beachbody Performance Recover 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp coconut flour 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg 1/2 cup cashew milk 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional) Directions: In a small microwave safe bowl combine protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder. In a separate bowl whisk together egg and cashew milk. Mix in the wet mixture with the dry ingredients. Top with chocolate chips (optional). Microwave for 60 seconds or until cooked. Enjoy!
