Peanut Butter Pancakes


Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup spelt flour

2 Tbsp baking powder

1 Tbsp coconut sugar

1 egg

1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/3 cup natural peanut butter

1 Tbsp avocado oil

Directions:

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients together using a hand mixer. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix with a spoon. Cook pancakes until golden brown. Top with maple syrup if desired. Enjoy! Recipe makes about 10 pancakes.
