Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients: 1 green pepper, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 - 2 cups pineapple, chopped 1 - 2 raw chicken breast, cubed 1/4 cup Tamari 1/2 cup water 1 Tbsp cornstarch 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey Directions: To make Teriyaki sauce add Tamari, water, cornstarch and maple syrup/honey to pot and bring to a boil. Stir until thickened. Add green pepper, onion, pineapple and chicken to baking dish. Pour Teriyaki sauce over top mixture. Cover baking dish and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve over a bead of greens or rice. Enjoy!
