Cinnamon Bun Oatmeal


Ingredients: Oatmeal: 1/2 cup rolled oats Pinch sea salt 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (or other sweetener of choice) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 large egg white 1 Tbsp coconut flour Glaze (if desired): 1-2 Tbsp Vanilla Shakeology Unsweetened almond milk


Directions:

In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, sea salt, cinnamon, coconut sugar and almond milk and simmer on medium until most of the liquid is absorbed. Once thick, add the large egg and mix very well until fully mixed in. Add the coconut flour and continue stirring until a very thick batter is formed.Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Enjoy as is or prepare the glaze. Add Shakeology to a small bowl and slowly add small amounts of almond milk until desired consistency is reached. Add on top of oatmeal. Enjoy!
