Zucchini Chips


Ingredients 1 large zucchini Avocado oil Salt


Directions: Thinly slice the zucchini using a mandolin to ensure a uniformity and press between paper towel to remove excess water. Add parchment paper to a microwave safe plate. Place zucchini in a single layer on the plate. Lightly coat the top of the zucchini with avocado oil and season with a little bit of salt. Microwave on high for about 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
