Low Carb Pancakes
Ingredients: 3 egg whites 2 Tbsp coconut flour 2 Tbsp water 1/2 tsp baking powder sweetener to taste, optional (I used 1 packet of stevia)
Directions: Whip 2 of the egg whites to stiff peaks with a hand mixer. Once you have stiff peaks, stir in the coconut flour, water, baking powder, sweetener, and the extra egg white. Cook pancakes in a non stick pan and flatten pancakes when flipped. Cook until golden brown on each side. Top with Walen Farms pancake syrup or natural peanut butter or eat as is. Enjoy!
