Chicken Fajita Salad


Ingredients:

250 g chicken breast 9 g fajita seasoning mix*

1/3 cup water

1/8 cup green pepper, diced

1/8 cup red onion, diced 2 cups spinach

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 1/8 cup salsa


Directions:

Cook chicken with green pepper and onion. Once cooked, add seasoning mix and water. Cook until mixture thickens. Add spinach on plate and top with chicken fajita mixture. Add cheese to chicken mixture and top with salsa if desired. Enjoy!


*Fajita seasoning mix

2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cane sugar 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/4 tsp cumin
