Meal Planning 101 Online FB Group
Here's the deal - if you want results you have to commit and plan to succeed. Meal planning and prep is so important to being healthy. During the week it is so easy to forget to eat or stop off and get fast food during lunch or supper. Life happens! And who the heck wants to come home after a crappy day at work and prepare a meal? And I don't mean throwing a frozen pizza in the oven. Keep your meal plans SIMPLE. Plan them out. Make sure your are eating a variety of food not just loading up on carbs every meal. All of my meal planning and prep takes MAYBE an hr on the weekends. That's how simple I keep it because I know that's what works for me. Besides, I don't want to spend hrs preparing meals every Sunday! I have better things to do with my life and I'm sure you do too. :)

You want to start eating better but don't know where to start. You want to learn how to prepare some quick, simple and healthy meals but think it's too complicated and time consuming. You want to figure out how to go through a week without stopping at a fast food restaurant but still want convenience. I'm excited to be offering a FREE online group from Oct 11 - 14, 2016 on exactly how to meal plan and prep quickly and easily. I am going to share with you what I do BUT also work with you on the foods you like and the schedule (amount of free time) you have. This group will strictly be about meal planning (not about portion control - that's a whole new subject). It will be a group focused on learning to meal plan and how it can make your whole week a lot easier. I will give you ideas and guide you through making your own healthier meal plan. Notice I said healthier and not healthy meal plan. Everyone starts somewhere and if you are a person who lives off fast food restaurants I will not tell you to eat salads each meal. :) Send me a message to be added to the group!
