Loaded Pita Nachos
Ingredients:
1 pita bread
Suggested toppings:
Red, green or yellow peppers
Pickles
Tomatoes
Red onion
Jalapeno pepper
Olives
Avocado
Ground Turkey/Chicken/Hamburger, cooked
Cheese (any variety)
Directions:
Cut pita into single triangles. Place pita on cookie sheet lines with parchment paper. Bake at 375 F for 2 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and place desired toppings on top of crispy pita. Bake until cheese is melted. Dip in Greek yogurt and/or salsa. Enjoy!
