Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients: 1 cup + 3 Tbsp spelt flour 3/4 cup oat flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp sea salt 2 overripe bananas, mashed 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 3-4 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix banana, maple syrup, milk and vanilla. Add wet mixture to dry and mix. Add in chocolate chips (if desired) and stir until combined. Pour batter into greased (I used avocado oil) muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
