Chocolate Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats (uncooked) 1/2 cup berries (I have been eating blueberries with mine but any berry will do) 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (to my Beachbody family use Recover NOT Shakeology for this...otherwise your carb intake is going to be through the roof. Currently I'm using Promasil which was my very first protein love) 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
Directions:
Cook your oats and then stir all other ingredients in until smooth (at first it might not look like it will all mix in but it does).
