Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
650 g large sized frozen hash browns 250 mL sour cream 1 can (26 oz) cream of chicken soup 2 Tbsp melted butter 1 - 1.5 cups marble cheese, grated (save enough to sprinkle on the top) Salt and pepper
Directions:
Grease 9" x 13" pan with melted butter. Add all remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Add mixture to pan and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until cooked. Top with salt and pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
