Accountability Group: Fight For It February

You know what I am sick of hearing? I am sick and tired of YOU not believing that YOU can get results (weight loss, muscle strength, toning, etc - everyone has a different goal). I'm sick of YOU not believing in yourself. But let me tell you why I am sick of it. I'm sick of it because I was once you and I now know the main thing holding me back was myself all that time and that makes me sad. It makes me sad that for years I used excuses after excuses to make myself feel better about not looking after myself and all that was doing was making things worse. My main excuses was always "I don't have money"...but let me tell you I did have money even when I was a university student (yeah, I started my journey AS A POOR STUDENT). The little bit of money that I did have I put it towards me changing my life - my priorities changed. I finally said that my main priority was my health before many many many other things. That took sacrifice but it was worth it.



Before I decided I needed the change I wasn't helping myself at all. I was just feeling sorry for myself day in and day out and doing absolutely nothing to better myself. I hid from the world when times were tough and ate away my feelings just to wake up the next day and do it all again. Those daily habits made my clothes tight and made me feel terrible about myself inside. It led to hating myself and who I had become in that time. It led to me thinking "who cares? No one cares if I eat this whole bag of chips". And here's the thing...I know there are people out there who are reading this thinking "that's me right now" and I am here to help you.


Here's your chance. Your golden opportunity to change your life. I don't want you to have to go one more minute feeling like you are feeling - because I know you are feeling like shit. I know you want a chance to change and I am willing to help you transition from your unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle in which you will never want to return to that old you again. This is not a quick fix - quick fixes do not work. This is the real deal for the rest of your life...there is no finish line. I will show you how you can still have weekly treats (it's called BALANCE so we don't lose our minds and give up) and make progress on your goals.


I'm offering you a place in my February accountability group. You might be thinking "what's this accountability group? And how the heck can it help me?". It's an online secret Facebook group where I will post a couple times a day to help motivate and keep you on track. I require you to check in with me personally once a week (I will reach out to you). During this check in we will discuss your strengths and weaknesses and how you can improve each week. I require you to have a goal and you will take progress pictures, weight and measurements to measure progress. In order to see your best results, an at home workout program will be suggested to fit your needs (goal) around your busy schedule (I promise you have extra time for your workout) as well as a simple nutrition plan in which I will also include a sample meal plan (based on your weight and your current lifestyle) for you to follow. I will also help teach you how to create your very own meal plan as well because this is not a quick fix...these are tools you will take with you for life.
