Chocolate Protein Hearts (4 Different Ways)
Ingredients:
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (Promasil or Beachbody Recover)
Sweetener of choice (I used Walden Farms pancake syrup), optional
Ingredients:
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (Promasil or Beachbody Recover)
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
Sweetener of choice (I used Walden Farms pancake syrup), optional
Ingredients:
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (Promasil or Beachbody Recover)
1 banana (or other fruit)
Ingredients:
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (Promasil or Beachbody Recover)
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 banana (or other fruit)
Directions:
Choose 1 ingredient combination. Mix all ingredients by spoon/fork or by blender until smooth. Add to heart shape silicon mold (or other mold) and freeze over night. Let thaw for a few minutes prior to eating. Enjoy!
