Low Carb Chocolate Cookies
Low Carb Chocolate Cookies Ingredients: 3/4 cup egg whites 1 tsp liquid Splenda (or sweetener of choice) 3 g cocoa powder Directions: Add egg whites to bowl. Using a mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Add sweetener and cocoa powder. Mix again until stiff peaks form. Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray and add teaspoon to tablespoon of mixture to cookie sheet and flatten a bit into circle to form 'cookie'. Bake at 350 F for 15 - 20 minutes - the longer the time the crispier the 'cookie'. Enjoy them warm (they don't taste great once cooled)!
