3 Ingredient Pancakes
Ingredients:
50 g quick oats, uncooked
3/4 cup egg whites
70 g banana (and/or berry of choice for topping)
Directions:
Blend oats, egg whites and banana together. Add mixture to hot non-stick frying pan. Spread the mixture around using a spoon. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat. Add blueberries to pan and cook until warm and juice runs freely. Top pancakes with blueberries. Enjoy!
