Double Chocolate Pudding Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, dry 2 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 2 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup milk chocolate chips 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Using an electric mixer, mix butter and sugars in a large bowl. Add in pudding mix and vanilla. Mix to combine and then beat in one egg at a time. In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking soda and baking powder until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Add in chocolate chips to the mixture. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon cookie dough onto sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are cooked. The center of the cookie should look underdone. Take out of oven and let sit on pan for 2 minutes to finish cooking. Place on cooling track to cool cookies completely. Enjoy!
