No Bake Chocolate Macaroons


Ingredients: 1 banana, mashed 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1/4 cup maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 6 tbsp cocoa powder 1.5 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened Pinch of salt Directions: In a bowl, mash banana and then stir in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Once mixed add the cocoa powder and mix to combined ingredients. Finally, stir in the coconut and salt. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop mixture onto baking sheet. Place in freezer for 20 minutes, or until macaroons are firm. Store in the freezer until ready to eat since they will soften at room temperature. Enjoy!
