No Bake Mini Egg Cheesecake
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup crushed mini eggs, plus more for garnish 1/4 cup Ovaltine, orginal 1 graham cracker crust
Directions: Using an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add cream cheese and sugar and mix until completely combined ensuring no clumps remain. Using a spatula, stir in mini eggs and Ovaltine until combined. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate until firm (preferably overnight). Top with as little or as many crushed mini eggs. Enjoy!
