Zucchini Pasta Pad Thai


Zucchini Pasta Pad Thai Ingredients:

180 g Zucchini (approx. 1 medium sized), cut into julienne strips 1 Tbsp Tamari

Garlic powder

Pepper

140 g Chicken, cooked Lime juice

2 Tbsp PB2


Directions: Heat pan and add zucchini noodles along with Tamari. Cook until desired consistency (I like mine well done). Add a dash of garlic powder and pepper. Shred chicken and add to pan to warm it up and absorb flavours. Transfer to bowl, add some lime juice and top with PB2. Enjoy!
