A Year From Now...Transformation
This girl right here! I am so freakin' proud of her and what she has done in the last year. You see, I often share with you results of some people that I have helped out (and you can bet your booty that what I share is 100% real) but I have never shared a picture before because I keep things confidential but Lyncia Leblanc has given me permission for me to share her results with all of you. She is a true inspiration and she has inspired me in this last year and I have no doubt that she will continue to inspire me and others around her. <3
Last year around this time Lyncia decided she wanted change. She had hit rock bottom and knew that she needed to do something about it. She was determined and I saw that right from the start and I offered to help keep her accountable and she accepted. She has done 21 day fix, 21 day fix extreme and 22 minute hard corps (which by the way - both of us didn't actually like but we both loved the other two programs). She is a nurse working those night shifts. She is a student furthering her education & studying. She is a fiancee. And she is a mom to that sweet little boy you see in the picture. You see these are not excuses for this woman. Instead these are reasons why she decided she needed change. I have watched and helped Lyncia for a whole year and her hard work has clearly paid off but she is not finished yet. She has made this her lifestyle. Of course, there has been times when she has been set back (it happens to all of us) but I talked to her. I helped her through. And we figured out what worked for her. She didn't just quit. Of course not. She says it best "Well.. If you want results it won't get done by itself". I'm sure you've heard the quote "a year from now you will wish you had started today". I can guarantee that Lyncia feels this way and is so happy she started when she did. Proud of you girl! I can't wait to see what the next year brings for you. <3
