New Year Beachbody Health Bet
YAHOO! It's back and better than ever. This fall I participated in a Beachbody Health Bet where I worked out and drank Shakeology daily and Beachbody paid me and everyone else who did it. There was no "biggest loser" or anything like that...everyone won some of the money! OH! And it was all tracked through an app so you didn't even have to advertise it on social media. Of course, the money won is completely random and no one knows how much will be given out until the end of the challenge. Last time it was around 16 USD but who knows what it will be this time. And who cares, right? We will all get paid something (big or small) and feel fantastic by the end of the month because that's what this is really about (and any money is better than no money when you are ready to start living a healthy life). Beachbody has already contributed 2 million dollars to the prize pot with the potential for it to increase to 3 million.
I'm super happy to be pairing this Beachbody Health Bet with my January Jumpstart accountability group. The accountability group will be done both on Facebook and through the app tracker (since this is the way to log your workouts and Shakeology so Beachbody HQ can ensure you meet the daily requirements). Each week you will need to log at least three workouts and five days of shakeology consumption in your app. Those who have met these qualifications during the entire challenge period will be entered in the pot to win some of the prize payout. The official start date for the Beachbody Health Bet is Jan 9, 2017 and will run through until Feb 5, 2017. We will start the Accountability group on Jan 2, 2017 where the first week will go over basics so you feel 100% ready to crush your goals in 2017.
